Another Average Joe, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made through Main Street Content.

Brand Voice Report ($9)

The Brand Voice Report is a digital product that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and the computational resources required to produce your report, all sales of the Brand Voice Report are final and non-refundable.

Subscription Plans (Starter & Growth)

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to all features through the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing period.
  • No cancellation fees apply.
  • Your content library and generated content will remain accessible through the end of your billing period.

We encourage all new users to start with the $9 Brand Voice Report before committing to a monthly subscription. This allows you to:

  • See the quality of our AI analysis firsthand
  • Evaluate whether the service meets your expectations
  • Make an informed decision about upgrading to a subscription plan

Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical error on our end prevents delivery of a purchased product or service, we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion. To report a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
