Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Main Street Content (the “Service”), operated by Another Average Joe, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Main Street Content is an AI-powered content creation platform that analyzes your social media content to create a brand voice profile and generates text and image content based on that profile. The Service is available at mainstreetcontent.com and app.mainstreetcontent.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments and Billing

  • The Brand Voice Report is a one-time purchase of $9.
  • Subscription plans (Starter, Growth) are billed monthly.
  • Early access pricing is subject to change. We will notify you before any price increase takes effect on your account.
  • All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor.
  • All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us (including social media posts for analysis) and all content generated through the Service on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Another Average Joe, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Reverse engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, original, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Another Average Joe, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Another Average Joe, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
